March/April Coach of the Month: 

 JOE SIREN

Allendale Fairfax High School

Joe Siren has been coaching for an incredible 30 years.  His coaching career started at Rutherford HS in Panama City, Florida.  At the same time he taught at Gulf Coast Community College.  He has been at Allendale Fairfax High School for 27 years.  Under his leadership the Allendale team has been State Champions in Policy Debate and can boast the holding of the oldest running tournament in South Carolina - 34 years.  Allendale is a very active school from the smallest county in the state.  This year the team is made up of over 20 members and is a chartered member of the NFL.  Joe is a Double Diamond Coach in the NFL.  

The Allendale Fairfax HS debate team competes in tournaments throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.  Each year the team takes one large trip.  The 2003 trip was to compete at Stanford.
